Lot of good facts here, but there are so many gogo bars that go under around there. Got to deal with the girls and police and bribes. Its hard for a farang to partner up and own a gogo bar but its been done.

I had a choice this past new years to go bkk or phuket, i went bkk for the clock count down, really too crowded and very hot and stuffy with fewer choices of ladies who are very attractive down sukiemvet area, but bkk good for one blow out nite if you have a choice lady! So I didn't regret it but I gave up 2 choice ladies to Phuket and wondered if I should have regretted it so it may depend on your company you plan to keep really and what your both up for!
