thankugoodnite --> What I meant is that he was extremely empathetic and seemed to take in all the pain of the world. This is easily understood from not only his lyrics, but also from things he has said in live appearances and such. No need to insult me, I'm just putting forth conjecture. You're free to disagree with me.

You're an idiot. Amazing he lived as long as he lived? How do you know? Were you there with him? Enjoy his music but enough already with the psycho-babble.

Gogogotham - I know, it's been over five years, but I still can't believe he's dead. I listen to his music and it's almost like he's still here. Very few people had the strength and courage to be as sensitive and empathetic as Elliott was. In a way, it's amazing that he lived as long as he did. His music is some of the most beautiful and profound ever written. I try to tell as many people about him as I can. He really helped me through some hard times.

The light that burns twice as bright, burns half as long.
